At the point of purchase, legal ownership of the asset is transferred directly to the buyer, we do not hold or store assets on behalf of our clients.
Scotch Whisky & Tequila Casks: A delivery order (DO) is a formal document used to transfer legal ownership of a whisky cask stored in a bonded warehouse in Scotland or Mexico. We will issue this documentation once an account is opened for you at the bond.
Bottles: Bottles are delivered to your desired location, this forms part of our turnkey bottling service and will be discussed at the time of your project.
Gold & Silver Bullion: Ownership is given to you upon delivery, or if you prefer you can hold your bullion in a secure location.

Having spent his entire career in different sales environments and having fulfilled various leadership roles, Jared has always prided himself in doing exceptional business, ensuring full transparency with all his clients and suppliers to ensure they have a long-lasting relationship built on mutual respect and trust. After Jared was introduced into the wonderful world of single malt scotch through a school friend, he identified a gap in the market to focus on the trade aspect of whisky casks and founded Golden Dram with the aim to provide trade and retail clients with access to a variety of alternative physical assets, at competitive market prices, that offer value to our customers at Golden Dram.
Ashley brings 17 years of diverse Finance experience, with deep expertise in Commercial Finance and business Transformation. Having spent the majority of his career in FMCG, including extensive experience within the premium spirits industry, he has partnered with some of the world’s most recognised brands.
As Managing Director at Golden Dram, Ashley combines strong commercial acumen with a passion for building a high-performing business and team. He is known for enabling fast, effective decision-making through clear financial insight, while maintaining a strong focus on transparency, accountability, and good governance. His leadership approach is grounded in collaboration, strategic thinking, and driving sustainable growth in dynamic and competitive markets.
Jay, is a seasoned business development, advertising and marketing professional with 14+ years of experience. After excelling in sales and business development for companies in various niches and global brands, he founded a full-service digital marketing agency. Passionate about transparency and trust, Jay’s experience covers solutions in digital advertising, web design, marketing strategy, content creation and business strategy.
