Having spent his entire career in different sales environments and having fulfilled various leadership roles, Jared has always prided himself in doing exceptional business, ensuring full transparency with all his clients and suppliers to ensure they have a long-lasting relationship built on mutual respect and trust. After Jared was introduced into the wonderful world of single malt scotch through a school friend, he identified a gap in the market to focus on the trade aspect of whisky casks and founded Golden Dram with the aim to provide trade and retail clients with access to a variety of alternative physical assets at competitive market prices that offer value to our customers.

Ashley brings 17 years of varied experience in Finance, with a focus on Commercial Finance and Transformation. The majority of that time has been spent in FMCG working with well known brands, most notably in the premium spirits industry. His focus is on being a strong partner to the business through enabling fast and effective decision making while driving transparency and good governance.

Alexander’s wealth of expertise and experience comes from operating as a broker in several different sectors within the commodities market, ranging from oil derivatives to physical luxury assets. Alexander has been trading and brokering whisky casks for over 6 years, both B2B & B2C, where he has built a well-established network of clients, suppliers and contacts, making him a unique addition to our team.

As Head of Business Development, Roxanne leverages 20 years of sales & marketing expertise to drive strategic growth and mutually beneficial partnerships. With a proven track record in luxury markets, Roxanne delivers tailored solutions that cultivate long-term relationships and revenue growth; ensuring success in a competitive landscape.

Chané is the Regional Director at Golden Dram Investments Ltd, where she oversees operations across multiple regions, drives strategic initiatives, and ensures business objectives are achieved. In this leadership role, she manages diverse teams and locations, cultivates strong stakeholder relationships, and maintains strict compliance with company policies and industry standards.

A dedicated customer service professional, Chané focuses on operational efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction. She plays a pivotal role in nurturing and developing key relationships. Leveraging her experience managing complex projects within the FMCG sector, she excels at implementing effective controls and coordination to streamline customer experiences and consistently exceed client expectations.

Jay, originally from New Zealand, is a seasoned business development, advertising and marketing professional with 14+ years of experience. After excelling in sales and business development for companies in various niches and global brands, he founded a full-service digital marketing agency. Passionate about transparency and trust, Jay’s experience covers solutions in digital advertising, web design, marketing strategy, content creation and business strategy.
