  1. Non-Cash Redemption: DramCoin cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash under any circumstances.
  2. Non-Transferable: DramCoins are tied to your account and cannot be transferred to another user.
  3. Exclusions: DramCoin cannot be used to offset delivery costs or taxes.
  4. Earning Rules: DramCoin is earned only on the net value of your order after any redeemed DramCoin or discounts are applied.
  5. Redemption Options: You can choose to redeem DramCoin partially or use it to fully cover the cost of eligible items (excluding delivery fees and other exceptions specified).
  6. Validity: DramCoin usage is subject to the Golden Dram’s full Terms & Conditions, which you can view here.
  7. Value: Each DramCoin holds a fixed value of £0.10.
