WOWGR stands for Warehouse-keepers and Owners of Warehoused Goods Regulations; WOWGR is a register that revenue traders must be accepted onto in order to own whisky held in duty suspense. When you are accepted onto the register you receive a certificate that states which part of the regulations you are covered by. Golden Dram now offers our clients the ability to hold your own casks in duty suspension warehouses, and therefore you do not require a WOWGR.
